Booking Policy

At Morocco Planner, we are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable booking experience for all our travelers. Please read the following booking policy carefully before confirming your tour or travel service with us.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment, depending on the type of service booked. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your travel details, itinerary, and service inclusions.

2. Deposit Requirement

To secure your reservation, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. The deposit amount depends on the type of tour, accommodation category, travel season, and the number of travelers. The remaining balance can usually be paid before arrival or on the first day of the tour, according to the agreement made during the booking process.

3. Payment Methods

Morocco Planner accepts payment through secure and agreed-upon methods such as bank transfer, online payment, PayPal, Wise, or cash payment upon arrival where applicable. Any transaction fees charged by banks or payment platforms are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

4. Prices and Currency

All prices provided by Morocco Planner are quoted in the agreed currency and are based on the services specified in your itinerary or quotation. Prices may vary depending on the travel dates, hotel availability, number of participants, special requests, and seasonal demand. Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will remain fixed unless the client requests changes to the itinerary or services.

5. Cancellations by the Client

If you need to cancel your booking, you must inform Morocco Planner in writing by email as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the cancellation is to the travel date and whether hotels, desert camps, transport services, or other third-party bookings have already been secured.

In many cases, deposits are non-refundable, especially for tailor-made tours, peak-season bookings, luxury accommodations, or services reserved in advance with our local partners. Any non-refundable charges imposed by hotels, riads, camps, guides, or transport providers will also be deducted where applicable.

6. Changes to Bookings

If you would like to modify your booking after confirmation, Morocco Planner will do its best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Changes to travel dates, itinerary, accommodations, vehicle type, or additional services may result in extra charges. Significant last-minute changes may not always be possible.

7. Cancellations or Changes by Morocco Planner

In rare circumstances, Morocco Planner may need to modify or cancel part of a tour due to weather conditions, road closures, force majeure, safety concerns, supplier issues, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will always try to offer a suitable alternative of similar value. If a major part of the booked service cannot be provided, we will discuss the best possible solution with you.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance before traveling to Morocco. Your insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal injury, loss of baggage, theft, and other unexpected travel disruptions. Morocco Planner is not responsible for costs arising from uninsured situations.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas if required, travel documents, and any necessary health documentation before arrival. It is also the client’s responsibility to provide accurate personal information and inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, allergies, or special needs that may affect the trip.

10. Special Requests

Any special requests such as room preferences, dietary requirements, child seats, accessibility needs, or celebration arrangements should be communicated at the time of booking. While we will do our best to meet these requests, they cannot always be guaranteed and may depend on third-party service providers.

11. Liability

Morocco Planner acts as an organizer and intermediary for transport, accommodation, activities, and local services included in your itinerary. While we carefully select our partners and do our best to ensure quality service, we are not liable for injuries, losses, delays, damages, accidents, or expenses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, strikes, road conditions, or decisions made by third-party providers.

12. Force Majeure

Morocco Planner shall not be held responsible for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, transport disruptions, political instability, or other extraordinary circumstances.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking with Morocco Planner, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this booking policy, along with any specific terms mentioned in the quotation, itinerary, or email correspondence.
